How do I reserve the room?

Please call 817-962-0050 and ask to speak with manager. We look forward to assisting you with your party planning.

What's the party size needs to be?

For parties of 1-15, We offer Reservation depending on availability for the time you are looking for. Regular menu is available for your guests.

If you are looking to host a group of 15 or more, we offer customizable buffet packages. Please call us to discuss. 

Do you have private dinning space?

We have one private dinning room that can accommodate up to 10 guests and party room for up to 44 guests.  

How long will we have the event space?

In order to create a enjoyable dinning experience for all of our guests, your special event is guaranteed for two hours. If you need longer than that, please discuss with your event manager. 

Do I need to sign a contract to book a special event?

Yes!! Having a contract before your special event allows us to get all the details ahead of time so you can enjoy your event. 

Do I need to include how many guests are coming to my special event when I sign the contract?

Yes!! We ask that you include your guest count on your contract, so we can start planning out your seating. 3 Days prior to your event, we will call you to confirm your guest count. We will prepare food for this amount and base your bill off of these numbers. No credit will be applied for patrons who do not attend. 

What if I need to increase or decrease my headcount less than three days before my event?

Last-minute changes can happen, and we are here to help you. Please discuss this with your event manager. 

Is there a deposit required to book an event

Yes, In order to save the date for you, 20-25% deposit is needed.

Is gratuity automatically included?

Yes!! We charge 20% gratuity fee for all special event hosting. 

Can I bring own cake?

Yes!! We do not add cake cutting fee. Please discuss with your event manager, so we can be ready to serve you.

Can I bring in my own decorations?

Yes!! You can come in 30 min prior to your event and set it up the way you like.
